Perinatal Mental Health & Wellbeing

Trauma informed psychological care for:

pregnancy support counselling; perinatal grief and loss; perinatal anxiety, depression or adjustment difficulties; parenting stress; overwhelm and overload; parent-infant relationships (attachments); family of origin stress; early parenting difficulties; parenting premies and children with complex needs.

Infants & Early Childhood

Assessment and treatments for children 0-8 years:

anxiety; separation anxiety; emotion regulation difficulties; difficulty adapting to change; delayed development or milestones; social or behavioural difficulties; sleeping, settling, toileting concerns; early learning and attention difficulties; trauma and loss; transition to school.

Growing Families

Family-focused support for parenting and family relationships:

family adjustment; parenting stress; parenting children with additional needs; parenting education; school readiness support for major transitions including separation and shared parenting; helping families adjust to FIFO.

Service Exceptions

We do not see clients with severe or complex mental health care needs.

We do not provide long-term therapy to children with significant developmental needs. We do assist with diagnostics, family education and support.

We do not offer child or family-focused services to families in significant conflict /ongoing family law proceedings.

We do not provide reports for family law proceedings.
